Cycles privacy

The native app stores your Cycles plan, Tasks, settings, and completion history in a local SQLite database on your device.

The core planner needs no account or network connection to decide what deserves attention. Cycles does not currently synchronize data between devices.

From Settings, you can export all app data as readable JSON or clear local app data. The export creates a separate file, and you choose where to keep or share that copy.
